Spec-driven, human-in-the-loop planning that produces PRDs, Tech Specs, and agent-ready task prompts.

Phases​

  1. Clarification — AI asks follow-ups to capture requirements
  2. PRD generation — Draft, review, and approve
  3. Tech Spec generation — Draft, review, and approve
  4. Task generation — Agent-ready prompts for implementation

Outputs (.ship-spec/planning/<track-id>/):

  • prd.md — Product Requirements Document
  • tech-spec.md — Technical Specification
  • tasks.md — Agent-ready task prompts
  • context.md — Clarification Q&A history
  • track.json — Session metadata
